Submit your artwork in one of these prefered methods: png, svg, jpg, heic, tiff. Max file size is 50 MB, Max Print size is 12"x16". If you'd like a larger print size, specialty placement, specialty finish or to combine with other decoration methods submit a quote on our FULL SERVICE site.

Avoid using textured or photographic elements, as they don’t translate well. Simpler designs are ideal, particularly on thinner fabrics, as intricate patterns with a high stitch count can compromise durability. To account for slight shrinking during application, design your file slightly larger than the intended final size. All graphic files must be digitized for embroidery, with a flat fee of $10 per design. Each unique design requires a separate fee, but once digitized, it can be reused for future orders without additional charges.
